You might check to see if the ones that are not playing in alphabetical order have a space or non-alpha character as the first character, or even if some have upper case letters and some lower case. All my stuff have numbers, so I haven't been able to test this. But, some devices order upper case letters separate from lower case letters. I don't know if the BookSense does that.
