Hi Rollesz!  You wrote::
Subject: Volume loudness. The bell tone

alert you that you are making an error.

**Agreed however, the loudness of the volume should be set at level one.
Currently, it is now set at a high volume with the earphones plugged in
while playing a title.
Again:
1) play a book from the audio books folder
2)while playing said book, press the volume down key past level1
3) Wittness how loud the beep tone is in relation to the actual volume
setting
4) Call your Audiologist to report more ear damage.

Rollez,
Why doesn't the beep tone sound when you try to go lower then volume 1 when
not playing a title? I realize that the speech synth tells you each level
so I guess I just answered my own question (grin) However, if you check
yourself you will see that your ears are subjected to unnecessary loudness
so this should be rectified by HIMS.

Thanks for giving us the update on bugs.

Many thanks.
