That's fairly common, even in mainstream devices. Bluetooth is a battery hog. It's also important to remember that not all batteries are created equal. A battery's life cycle depends on things you can control (like load and how often it's charged), and things you can't control (like chemistry makeup and current drain). Temperature is also another factor that can impact a battery's life. So when you compare the performance of two different batteries, you're not necessarily comparing apples to apples. That's something to keep in mind when your battery is out-performing or under-performing someone other battery.
