Right thanks. So right now I am using the elequence with the sappy at present. So can I download, install the new upgrade and would it change the synthosizer by default? If so then by looking at the knowledge base I would need to change back to dectalk32 first. Or is it safe or I should say will it be safe to install it first.

The new ECI Eloquence synthesizer is built into Window-Eyes just like the DECtalk Access 32 (Window-Eyes) synthesizer.
