The best thing is for your filter to send messages which contain [email protected] in the to or cc field to the specific folder. If your filter is smart, it would just do this based on other non-visual headers, but the to and cc fields should cover it up pretty much.

If you have it scan the body of the message you could scan for the archive notification or any part of our text at the end of each and every gw-info message.

In view of the enormous number of messages regarding the beta I thought it might be good to send them all to a folder of their own. I set a message rule in Outlook Express which stated that all messages from gw-info should be moved to a particular folder. The result was that 4 messages went to this folder but another 15 ended up in my in-box. Could someone give me advice as to how to put all gw-info messages in a particular folder and nowhere else?
