Aaron, I love this idea.
Skype mode on: access all of the global hot keys you set.
Skype mode off: nothing happsns, and I can use my ctrl+t with no
problem...
Sorry I've been a big nag on this its just ctrl+t is a commonly used cmd
in
ie and ff, and for new users it might be annoying... In my development
work, I try to make usability a major bullit point on my list, and ease
of
that usability is top on that list.
Great idea.

What about the idea of having a main Skype script hotkey, after which

press individual keys to get functionality. For example, instead of
pressing
Control-Shift-Windows-T to hear the last message spoken, say you press
Windows-S to get into "Skype mode", after which you could press, say, L,
