I like this idea. The whole windows+ctrl+shift thing is a little awkward.

What about the idea of having a main Skype script hotkey, after which you
press individual keys to get functionality. For example, instead of
pressing Control-Shift-Windows-T to hear the last message spoken, say you
press Windows-S to get into "Skype mode", after which you could press,
say, L, to hear the last received message?
