Hi there, I have a brand new laptop with Windows Vista on it. I got to Narrator and activated Windows Vista by agreeing to terms of license. I've tried installing Window-Eyes 6.1, for which I have a CD on the computer and I get no speech to allow me to select set files or download voices I want on the new computer. The Cd is silent and Windows narrator is the only thing that speaks.and not too well at that. Do I need to go back to WE 6.0 or how should I proceed? I do not have Office installed as I was hoping to get WE installed first. What am I missing here? Thanks for your help.
