Hi Sunshine: Interesting points here. You mentioned how most rehab agencies do not give clients a choice in screen reader. Just so everyone is aware, the Rehabilitation Act as Amended provides that consumers should have choices in their rehabilitation programming. I would think that choice would apply to the screen reading technology the consumer is provided.
