Maybe the issue is discovery, FS might want to simply discover, the coding
that GW Micro uses to make their product work so well.
Could, it be that FS on their own, are unable to solve problems that their
product has?

The funny thing is that trials usually take up a mere fraction of the time
than does the discovery process. In my Honeywell case, we literally
worked for 2 years, 7 days a week, doing discovery. If I recall
correctly, I had to attend something like 125 depositions during that 2
year period. And as Mike says, there may be zero public comment during
that time. People will be wondering what is going on, and then suddenly
some sort of an announcement will be made, right out of the blue.
Oh well.
