I'm not doubting your word. I can only report that it has happened to me on
2 machines. This is after doing a lot of editing before splitting the files.
Each time, conditions were similar from experience to experience so as not
to skew results.

I have noticed that WE is consistently crashing when I use the GoldWave
feature that allows me to split a large file into smaller ones. This
appears
to be a Window-eyes crash as opposed to a synth crash.
As I'm working on a couple of time sensitive projects just now, I can't
continue using the beta for work related activities for the time being.
Please note that beta one did not crash anywhere near as often and I was
able to use it for work. Not a criticism here, just an observation.
