One thing you can do, though, is set up non operating system user profiles. You create the user profile through Window-Eyes itself. In the Window-Eyes file menu is an option called user profiles.
Section 7.11 of the manual details the concept. The dialog is intuitive, and, user profiles are equally easy to remove.
