Hi all. I've a good friend who almost ran into this situation, and
needed, potentially, to go to her docs and settings directory,
application settings, and to gw-micro etc. to delete the
virtualview.ini file since the update required it. Now, in Vista, how
does one find that file? Her Del has what they call "OS c:\" under
computer, but there is just all users (OS something like that) under
documents and settings. Why is it all seem to be invisible?
