Chris,

Can't you use the send to sub menu on a file to get it into levelator? This was a feature added to the product for accessibility reasons and is a work around for the problem. I am not under any way suggesting that this issue should not be fixed, just offering a suggested fix for you for the mean time.

Jeff

Subject: drag and drop does not work anymore

Hello folks?

I downloaded the official release of 7.0 and I feel that I need to report a serious regression.

I can not drag and drop files to the conversations network levelator app

you can find it at

www.conversationsnetwork.com

This worked fine in we 6.1

This is a work related task, and I am doing it with jaws now as I can't do it with we.

I have tried numerous pixel cordinates, creating a window around the graphic and routing the mouse, etc, but no joy.

I hope this can be address quickly as I feel this is something that shouldn't have been allowed to go out with a major release.

Scripting is great, but shouldn't impair major functionallity and the capabilities advertised for we's classic pre-scripting abilities.

And yes, I did try this function with scripting turned off 'smile'.

Thank you.
