Hi Paul, A lot of that is your machine. Perhaps video or something, but I can get Itunes to speak all the menus here. Some of the boxes are not correctly reported, but accessibility is pretty good for me.

It was removed because the current support in Window-Eyes far outperforms what was available in the script.
