Yes to the first question and I believe that F6 will put you back in your list view when a web page pops up. That is annoying, and one of the reasons why I turned off Genius.

It is a vast improvement, in this regard, to the previous iTunes 7 with we6.1, but still has a long way to go before I'd call it the kind of thing the average blind user will be comfortable with. I think the main point here -- and this is what should be stressed -- is that this is a significant step forward but there is still more of a road that needs to be traveled.
