Paul It is very much a mixed bag -- definitely a work in progress. I hope that one or more of the talented sdripters will be working on this particularly, in my instance, perfecting the use of the podcast interface. It is a vast improvement, in this regard, to the previous iTunes 7 with we6.1, but still has a long way to go before I'd call it the kind of thing the average blind user will be comfortable with. I think the main point here -- and this is what should be stressed -- is that this is a significant step forward but there is still more of a road that needs to be traveled. I can do a lot more with iT8/we7 than I could do with previous versions, as far as podcasts go, but I still am finding a lot of this hit and miss. I can get it to work but I don't think the average blind user will find it acceptible at this stage. But I have no doubt that we will get this one right in the not too distant future.
We still have time to make a difference, but only if we view the world as God does, and understand that history is His-story. -- David Jeremiah Listen to the latest program of "Turning Point" with David Jeremiah any time at this link: http://www.davidjeremiah.org/site/radio.aspx If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
