That's the speech that comes with NVDA.  It's a bit mechanical, but
quite effective.

version 1.3.9 and installed it. In the Window Eyes 6.1 Synthesizer menu
under SAPI I found eSpeak voices.

 

Has anyone used this? A good thing about it is that there are a lot of
languages.

 

As the author is from UK the British English is the default voice but
there's US English voice also.
