If you read kb1084 at www.gwmicro.com/kb1084 you will see that we listed
this in the article. Basically any sapi4 or sapi5 synthesizer will work.

From the above site I downloaded eSpeak a free speech synthesizer
version 1.3.9 and installed it. In the Window Eyes 6.1 Synthesizer menu
under SAPI I found eSpeak voices.
Has anyone used this? A good thing about it is that there are a lot of
languages.
As the author is from UK the British English is the default voice but
there's US English voice also.
