Just in case it was missed the first time, both myself and Steve Nutt have already pointed out that the better alternative would be to go to the sys tray directly. You can either go to desktop and tab over to it or press the window key with b. Once in the sys tray just use your arrow keys to navigate your way through the items.



        When using the Insert-s to read the system tray, The wireless
connection will not say its name in the list.
After you have accessed it once that way, try insert-s again.  For me,
the second time always works.

The items it misses are for local area network connection and wireless
network.  I really need the wireless network to read as it gives the
status and signal strength and connection speed.  The Safely remove
hardware and my ESET Smart Security seem to always read correctly.
