Hello: While on this thread if one sees multiple occurrences of WE to solve this, do the following.
Let's say whil exploring the systray Window-Eyes 1 of 7, Window-Eyes 2 of 7 just hit enter on the second one, and you'll hear no Application or something like this. If you go back in to the systray, the second occurrence will be gone and this holds true if you see an unamed item. Do the steps above and instead of saying unamed, you'll actually hear the item.
