Hello:

While on this thread if one sees multiple occurrences of WE to solve
this, do the following.

Let's say whil exploring the systray Window-Eyes 1 of 7, Window-Eyes 2
of 7 just hit enter on the second one, and you'll hear no Application or
something like this.

If you go back in to the systray, the second occurrence will be gone and
this holds true if you see an unamed item.  Do the steps above and
instead of saying unamed, you'll actually hear the item.

        When using the Insert-s to read the system tray, The wireless
connection will not say its name in the list.
After you have accessed it once that way, try insert-s again.  For me,
the second time always works.

The items it misses are for local area network connection and wireless
network.  I really need the wireless network to read as it gives the
status and signal strength and connection speed.  The Safely remove
hardware and my ESET Smart Security seem to always read correctly.
