Hi, I use the numeric keypad to find the attachment. It usually appears near the subject line. After I find it, I use the right click button directly above the 9 key and choose open from the drop-down menu. That works every time for me. Regards. Joe Lanier

I have a message with a pdf attachment. When I press alt plus the 7 number it says attachment read only, but when I press enter it makes a bong sound and nothing happens. I pressed the alt plus 7 key twice to have it say read only a few times. Also when I heard the attachment name I tried pressing the space bar to select it but nothing happened.
