Hi Carlos I too use outlook and don't have any problems opening PDF attachments. I don't however open the covering e mail to access the attachment. I would normally read the e mail then press escape to exit back to the in box. Focus is on the e mail in the list and I just press the context key to open a list. I down arrow to view attachments and press enter. I then arrow to the appropriate attachment and press enter again. Works for me every time. Have you tried opening a PDF file stored on your PC to make sure its not your copy of adobe? Michael
