I'm sure you're right.  It's not reading my entire subject line in
outlook 2003, so I switched to jaws and jaws read exactly the same
amount.  
 
I guess you'd have to be able to specify that it was to use msaa as the
source before you could do any better.  That's not possible in WE is it?
