Tom,
A good point, and one someone else sent me off list. However, for me, I
don't have the reading pane turned on; I guess I just have some emails
with long subject lines.

Outlook 2003
Hi Chip, I sent a response but it appears I can't get emails to
the list.
The condition is often caused by the reading pane taking up a
good part of the window.
If you go into the view menu then to the reading pane submenu
and turn the thing off this most often fixes the problem.

I'm sure you're right. It's not reading my entire subject line
in outlook 2003, so I switched to jaws and jaws read exactly the same
amount.
I guess you'd have to be able to specify that it was to use msaa
as the source before you could do any better. That's not possible in WE
is it?

The column probably isn't wide enough to display the
full subject line. While you have a message selected send us a screen
shot to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and tell us what WE read for the subject and
we'll verify this theory.
