I just posted a new script to Script Central called WEUpdate.

WEUpdate will connect to the GW Micro web server on launch to determine
whether or not a new version of Window-Eyes is available for download.
If a new version is found, a message box will display, providing you
with the option to launch the update web page. If a new version is not
found, the script will silently stop running.
This script will be included as a factory script in future versions of
Window-Eyes, and provides a good way to be notified of updated versions,
be they patches, major or minor releases, or anything in between.
