For those who are interested look at http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/wordhtml.htm There you will find a very good explanation of why Outlook 2007 works as it does and some very full instructions on how to work round it. In the article itself it does recognise that people using access software are among those impacted. I will try to put the macro in place over the weekend.
