Actually Dk brows mode is a gw micro creation. In the fact that window-eyes gets the information from the browser and preccents it to you in a readable format. So for brows mode to work it must be able to interface with said browser. In order to do this the focus must be correct so it knows to start getting information. Think of what would happen if it got information from the bbbbbrowser wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwhile you weeeere in the address edit box. You wouldn't like that. so it is a function here of working together. It is like a merage is both the man and the woman are doing what they need to do everything goes well. Let one start not doing what needs to be done and all hell brakes lose. Now your next question is going to be how do we know who is not doing what? We know because this is a documented bug in internet explorer and windows explorer. We know because Microsoft is going to fix it. enough said. -----Original Message----- From: John G [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, October 30, 2008 1:14 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: FW: Browse mode and ie 7
As Jim has already pointed out, this is a focus issue with IE7. Microsoft is aware of the problem and I understand that remedial measures will be implemented before the release of the next version of Internet explorer. So, you see, there's no hidden collaboration with GW Micro here. No blame game going on. Nice try but sorry, no dice! <g> At 19:55 30/10/2008, you wrote: >Interesting, considering browse mode is a GW Micro concoction.
