This display is listed in the select Braille displays dialogue. So Yes, I can safely say that it does work with Window-Eyes.
I myself do not use this Braille display. I use an alva satellite 44 standard and traveler. So I cannot speak to the performance of this display. If you have some specific questions about Window-Eyes and its support of Braille I might be able to assist you. I am afraid I cannot answer any specifics about this particular display.
