Yes turn off the winamp agent. That will turn off winamp and you then can put the DLL file in.

Subject: Problems replacing corrupt dll file.

When I reported problems with Winamp scripts, I was informed that my
dll file is corrupt, and I was provided with a replacement file. When
I attempt to replace the vbscript.dll, in my system 32 folder, I
receive a message stating the file can not be replaced because it is
being used by a program. I have tried turning off scripts, and even
Window Eyes with the same results. Does anyone have any ideas to what
else could be using this file? I have also attempted the replacement
with all other programs shut down. Suggestions greatly appreciated.
