Okay, I sympathise with the original poster's frustration.
bestbuy.com isn't the most usable website. However, with a little bit
of perseverance you can get it to work for you.
I suspect what's happening here is that the page isn't reloading in
the MSAA buffer when the weekly ad is activated. You'll need to do
this manually. Then you should be able to locate the editbox for
your zip code. Just give it a few seconds before you leave and then
reenter browse mode.
Send us the other addresses and we'll see if we can help.

Okay, that's one address. Any others?

Look I am a long time user of WE and support GW completely however
it is not wrong to say something thatis wrong with WE. What url
do you need. just go to www.bestbuy.com and click on the weekly
ad. The next screen that comes up has a edit box to enter your
zip and WE can not access it.

Please, let us not jump to conclusions. The experience of one
person does not amount to a major design fault. It helps even
less to vent one's frustrations on GW Mico when the problem may
lie much closer to home.

Up until a few weeks ago you could access the Best Buy weekly
ad with WE. Now when you click on the weekly Ad link it takes
you to a page where you need to enter a zip code to move on to
the ads. We will not read this edit box. This is also true
with the JC Penney weekly ad as well as certain links on the
QVC web site that can not be accessed with WE.
It would seem to me that us WE users are falling behind in our
access of the internet. Whether the current work GW says it
is doing to improve browse mode will fix this problem I don't
know or whether making JAVA support a high priority this is
the first time in a very long time that WE isn't doing its job really well.
The Best Buy weekly ad site goes as far to say you need JAWS
to access it.
