Can I please ask you to be more specific about your problem and less
preoccupied with what GW Micro has admitted or not?
There are two website addresses here but no details of the steps you
perform before you run into your problem.
Please send us more information and I and others here will do our

Please, let us not jump to conclusions. The experience of one
person does not amount to a major design fault. It helps even
less to vent one's frustrations on GW Mico when the problem may
lie much closer to home.
