This is personal preference I guess. I'm in outlook all day long at work, and use it at home, and it's the one piece of software I wouldn't trade for anything.
Now I've got outlook 2003, and window eyes has serious problems, which I and others have documented and reported. I'm sure they'll be fixed soon. it's not a reason to confuse those issues with outlook being "no good". I can't think of anything more useful to me, over all, than outlook.
