Hello Pat. Yes Windows live messenger will work with Windows XP service pack three, Windows live messenger also will work with Window-eyes. You may wish to wait however, until the release of Window-Eyes 7.1 when the problem with the Windows live communication platform will be resolved. I hope this helps.
