Then I have heard of people who didn't have a bit of problem uninstalling
it. Guess I may find out later this year when my renewal comes up.

i think you will regret the day you used norton if you ever have to
uninstall it. many people have reported that it disabled access to the
internet after it was uninstalled and had to send there computer to the
shop
for repair. most had to do a full format and reinstall of windows to get
it
working again.
when i had it i was lucky. it only deleted all of the windows sound files
from the media folder. luckily i had a backup and was able to copy them
back. this happened when i uninstalled and bought nod32. norton also slows
down the computer with all of there bloatware.

Both Symantec (Norton) and Nod32 are quality products. My personal
preference is Norton; but if NOD32 is working for you and you are
comfortable with it, I'd stick with it.
