Hello Andy. I will only answer this with the disclaimer that GW Micro
does not endorse one netbook over another. As far as Window-Eyes is
concerned, you can install it and it will run fine on any of them which
use Windows operating system.
I ended up with the Asus PC1000-HA netbook. This is the ten inch screen
model with 1 sd card slot, 3 usb ports, 160 gb hard drive, Windows xP, 1
gb of ram, and a 6-cell battery. The keyboard works as a keyboard should
when you consider the fn-key, and the keys are all shaped very nicely.
The only key so far which I don't like is the right-shift key. this key
is a regular sized key rather than a longer rectangle key. Next to the
right shift key on the left is the up arrow key. So if you don't stretch
your right pinkie far enough the way you should, you end up pressing up
arrow instead of right shift. That's one small annoyance which I can
train my brain to compensate for when I consider all the other neat
things I like about this machine. At this point, two of in tech support
now have netbooks of different brands.
Hope this helps.

So Raul,
Which turned out to be your favorite? Inquiring minds want to know.
