Hi GW, I would like to request a reconsideration in the list policy which directs replies to the author, instead of to the list. It does make having a conversation which may benefit others much harder, and if I forget and send a reply to the author only, I don't always bother to resend it to the list. I think the list is a wonderful customer support option, and I hope it saves you guys some work.
