Hello. I'm glad you got the arrow issue resolved by installing the
correct files. The reason the message does not read automatically with
Outlook 2007 is because the message opens up using Word for the editor.
In prior versions it would open up using our Browse mode because of how
Outlook handled the read window. this is why the first 24 lines would
automatically be read, or how you could configure it to read the whole
thing. Now that the message opens in Word, this is no longer the case
because it behaves the same way as if you had opened a Word document.
hence needing to press control-shift-r for read to end, or just moving
down line by line with the arrow keys.

07 is very different in my opinion, not sure I am happy with the change, but
will give it time.

Some of us are seeing this with outlook 2003; I think you're the first
to report it with 2007.
Are you running under xp or vista?
What I was seeing is that using the up/down arrows in the list of
messages says "no selected item", yet using the mouse cursor shows the
messages are there on the screen, and pressing the enter key will open
one up for reading.
Can you say if all of this is true for you?
