To clarify what we said on the phone was that we know that tutorials are important, but we don't currently have the resources to create them. We hope to have said resources at some point in the future.

Gary, I have the same problem. GW Micro concentrates on creating products which are accessable and less resource time is actually spent on supporting those products. There are some users that have some ideas regarding ITUNES. I am very dissapointed when product support says that they cannot help because they don't use it. I have encouraged others to push this point with GW Micro. As we all know, it is very difficult to learn a new environment, with limitted/no vision. I am hoping that GW Micro returns to the days when they understood that tutorials were essential.

Subject: window-eyes & itunes

Hi!

I'm new to this group, and have a problem that the techs at GW Micro can't help me to solve, as they don't use iTunes. For several years, I downloaded books from AUDIBLE.COM, using Audible Manager. Recently, I bought an i-Pod Shuffle, and now must go through iTunes for any downloading or even deletion on my i-Pod. I'm now using Window-Eyes 7.01, which is supposed to support that web site. I'm having a great deal of difficulty in conquering that site. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Gary Benjamin
