I'm new to this group, and have a problem that the techs at GW Micro can't help me to solve, as they don't use iTunes. For several years, I downloaded books from AUDIBLE.COM, using Audible Manager. Recently, I bought an i-Pod Shuffle, and now must go through iTunes for any downloading or even deletion on my i-Pod. I'm now using Window-Eyes 7.01, which is supposed to support that web site.
