When you work for a company that will be using 64-bit operating systems, you may not have pontification rights. Aside from the fact that 64-bit OS's do offer benefits over 32-bit ones just as 32-bit operating systems offered benefits over 16-bit OS's, even if you choose not to see them, you cannot start working for a large company and expect to tell them what kind of computer and operating system you will and will not accept.--D.K.
