Jim, I need to figure out these crashes before I decide to give Windows Live Mail a try at this point, and I am also a little concerned that a company like Microsoft would put out an e-mail program where something as basic as lists of folders are problematic. Narrator reads them sort of, but it repeats them four times each on my system along with a bunch of additional information. Rather than the script, can you give me a general idea of what you did to solve the problem?
