No, I didn't say Java. I said Javascript. They are 2 completely
different things.
And browsers come with Javascript installed by default. So you cannot
have a browser with no javascript capabilities. Well, unless you have
Internet Explorer 3.
If you use Firefox, go to Tools, options, and arrow to Content. You
will see a checkbox that says "enable Javascript".
If you uncheck that, I guarantee your eBay page will not reload automatically.
