Hi Bob,

Well I tried the extended keyboard but have the same problem.

It seems to happen when I am using both Firefox and Internet explorer 7.

Hi Walt,

I also use the six cell battery, and I keep forgetting to turn off the
screen with function f6. I turned off the mouse pad in control pannel so I never have to worry about the mouse pad getting in my way. I do not have a problem with shift tab, maybe you have a keyboard problem. I'll have to see
how much battery life increases when I turn off the screen.

Hi Bob,

first before I forget you can turn off the screen with function f6 and
the mouse with function key f7 and increase your battery time. I use the 6
cell battery for more power.

I have the same problem with MSAA and my shift tab doesn't work at
all. is there a setting I can check to see if it got turned off?

I own an Asus EEEPC 1000H netbook. The only thing that I've noticed is
that
I have to cycle brows mode off and back on to rescan the screen buffer
more
often then I do on my desktop machine with a dual core processor.

I have to say, though, that I really love my netbook, its small lite, and
gets between 4 and 5 hours of battery life.

Hi all,

I have Window Eyes 7.01 installed on my net book computer. The only
real problem I have is with both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I have
google as my home page and with both browsers I have to constantly redraw
the screen and if I press f for forms to go to the edit box to put a
search
term it says no form on this page. I go to the search button and the only
way I can find the edit box is to turn off MSAA mode and tab or shift tab
from the search button.

When I try to log in to MLB with both browsers I can't find the login
button. It works fine on my desk top computer. I have tried this with
both
default and laptop modes and it is the same.
