Thanks guys. I do use the function to view the message in the browser. I've thought of making a macro but haven't gotten around to it. Most of the problem messages come with a link to view the messages at the originating web site and that's often just as quick to get to.
I like the script idea. I may borrow your idea and see if I can get Microsoft Office Communicator messages to do the same thing. I'm always missing them. Speaking of Communicator, any ideas on making the contact list window work better would be appreciated. The best I've been able to manage is to use the WE cursor to find what I want, then rout the mouse to it and click.
