True enough, however if you are not logged in, the search will not show any
books that have a less than Excellent rating, or those that are rated Adult.
That may be fine for most people--if not everyone--but they might want to
know about that going in.

Of course, no one, including myself mentioned that in order to confirm
this bug, one must be logged into Bookshare. So if you simply go to the
site without logging in, you can search things and be fine. And again,
this only seems to happen with IE8.
Many thanks.

I can confirm this and have spoken with Bookshare about it. It seems to
only happen with IE8 and with the regular search. If you choose the
advanced search, or if you use FireFox, things work better.
We will mark this down to investigate.
Many thanks.

I'm using win xp pro sp3 WE 7.01 and IE 8.
When I go to www.bookshare.org and I come to the home page after logging
in WE fails to identify numerous links on this page.
It doesn't matter if I use the list view insert-tab or simply arrow down
thru the links. WE reads the text but doesn't recognize them as links.
For example this page has a link labeled as "find books" We reads this
as text and pressing enter on it doesn't activate it.
If I go to the site map thWE does recognize it.
I don't know if the html is different between these two pages on their
site or if this is a WE failure.
I certainly cannot rule out user error for I'm pretty new to WE, but
this seems like a function issue.
Is anyone else having this issue?
