I tried turning off track mouse with focus. This had no effect on the shutdown menu. This did, however, make the comboBoxes in Theophilus 3 speak; however, then I can no longer hear the bible verses when I arrow through the bible. I will have to leave track mouse with focus on for now, and hope that this can be fixed. This definitely worked correctly in We 7.0 and earlier. Thanks for the comments and suggestions.
