On my XP machine, the script manager only shows one script running, like
Skype or Explorer.  GW Toolkit ETC are shown as installed, but they
don't seem to be running, and I don't know how to start them.

As to script management in general, I'm not too clear about this, but it
seems awkward that whenever I exit an option, I'm thrown back to the
control panel, rather than able to explore other options.  Not sure if
that makes any sense.
