Reg, I think the script manager is very confusing in the radio buttons it has about which scripts it should show you.
I believe you have your radio button choice set to show you all the currently running scripts for a particular application. that means it won't show you any of the others, only the ones running specifically for skype (if you're running skype at the moment for example).
