Hi Chad, i haven't heared of any sonar scripts for WE. However, the fact that you can't read your synth's screen with the mouse keys may not necessarily have to do with Window-Eyes. Software synthesizers use their own graphic UI and those elements either can't be identified by a screenreade or are just graphic clips.
With some older VST synths you could gain access by using a VST to DXI bridge called directixer. This bridge can access the old style interface of software synths. It gives you a list of parameters and a track bar to change their values. The new softsynths however offer such new and cool like effect pads or file browsers things that the old interface is now useless and mostly not or only partially supported. But still you can switch the preset programs of your softsynth. I hope this helps.
